はい！俺です。とりあえずポチッとお願いします。

記念すべき一日目のご報告をしたいと思います。

＋400gの90.4kgです。

いきなり痩せようなんて思ってません。そうは問屋が卸しません。

でもね、ちょっと期待していただけに残念。

←ベルトに乗る無様な一日目の腹。徐々に引き締まって行くことでしょう（予定は未定）。

一日目ということで油抜き始めました。
